• Analyze, document, and evaluate customers’ business processes;
• Identify automation potential and develop process optimization opportunities with business departments;
• Evaluate automation ideas by business value, feasibility, complexity, risks, and expected benefits;
• Conduct workshops and interviews with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and IT teams;
• Translate business requirements into Business Requirements, User Stories, and functional specifications;
• Support the design of target processes and automation concepts with Solution Architects and developers;
• Advise business stakeholders on suitable and feasible RPA and automation solutions;
• Ensure clear communication and shared understanding between business departments, Automation Teams, and technical implementation teams;
• Support business case development, evaluation and prioritization of automation initiatives, and automation roadmaps;
• Contribute to customer presentations, workshops, and presales activities;
• Apply business expertise to the development of compelling automation solutions.

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification;
• 4–6 Years of experience in business analysis, process consulting, or automation and transformation projects;
• Expertise in process analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management;
• Strong understanding of business processes and their optimization;
• Good knowledge of RPA concepts and automation platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable solutions;
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for automation solutions;
• Passion for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying automation potential, and developing practical solutions with measurable value;
• Structured and analytical thinking;
• Strong communication and moderation skills;
• Solution-oriented and independent working style;
• Confidence in business–IT dialogue and collaboration with diverse stakeholders;
• Ability to connect business requirements with the capabilities of technical automation teams;
• Secure command of German and English;
• Flexibility and willingness to travel;
• Nice to have: experience with business case development, benefit assessment, process prioritization, and automation roadmaps; certifications in business analysis, process management, UiPath, or related automation methods.

• Start date by agreement, always at the beginning of a month;
