• Lead business analysis for complex initiatives from initial discovery through to delivery and evaluation.
• Act as a domain expert for customer risk and fraud prevention to identify opportunities for platform innovation.
• Translate high-level initiatives into detailed technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage requirements across the platform landscape, including decision engines and third-party data integrations.
• Assess the impact of regulatory changes on internal systems, processes, and customer journeys.

• Extensive experience as a technical analyst within financial services, payments, or fintech sectors.
• Strong domain expertise in risk management, fraud prevention, or payment processing systems.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable system designs, including workflows and data models.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across various departments.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to mentor junior team members on best practices.
