Ability to clarify requirements in ambiguous environments with limited documentation;
Experience working with Product Owners and Developers to translate operational processes into technical specifications and user stories;
Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and coordinate large stakeholder groups;
Patient and collaborative approach to supporting non-technical users through changes to legacy tools;
Target-driven approach focused on solution delivery;
Understanding of data governance frameworks and ITIL processes;
Nice to have: Experience with ArchiMate for process mapping.
