business analyst for PIM and CRM platforms

• Conduct daily meetings with the Compass UI Team;
• Analyze business requests and deliver comprehensive user stories;
• Collaborate with the UX designer and Product Manager of Macy’s team to gather complete and clear requirements;
• Conduct refinement sessions with the Compass UI Team and clearly explain written user stories;
• Write documentation according to business requirements;
• Align weekly with the tech lead to ensure backend requirements are updated.

• Hands-on PIM experience is mandatory;
• Experience working with CRM tools for marketing technology or operational email platforms;
• Experience working with GCP;
• Strong requirement elicitation skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sophisticated trade-offs;
• Excellent program management skills, including structuring programs and managing multiple interdependent workstreams across many teams in a data-driven environment;
• Ability to manage priorities, write user stories, think in processes, structure documentation, apply critical thinking, facilitate discussions, and understand basic system flows;
• Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, including experience leading metrics-driven projects or programs;
• Experience working on Agile projects and participating in Scrum execution;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Nice to have: Experience with GCP.
