Heliocore provides services and develops internal business solutions supported by HR processes, data analysis, automation, and AI-enabled functionality.

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs;
• Analyse and optimise HR processes, identify opportunities for automation, and define requirements for new functionality;
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications and other project documentation to support solution delivery;
• Break down business requirements into development tasks and support implementation from discovery through to release and post-launch support;
• Define requirements for reports and dashboards, validate data and metrics in Metabase, and ensure the accuracy of reporting;
• Explore opportunities to apply AI to internal processes, define requirements for AI-enabled functionality, participate in solution validation, and collaborate with HR, developers, designers, analysts and other stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements;
• Experience documenting business processes, user journeys, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and technical documentation;
• Working knowledge of BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma;
• Experience with Metabase or other BI tools, validating data and metrics, and defining requirements for reports and dashboards;
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work and understanding the capabilities and limitations of AI solutions;
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile ways of working;
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders;
• Nice to have: Basic SQL knowledge, Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
