• Own the product vision and roadmap and align them with business goals and customer needs;
• Manage and prioritise the backlog based on business value, user impact, market conditions, and changing priorities;
• Turn business needs into clear product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation;
• Drive delivery with the development team by decomposing initiatives, clarifying scope, removing blockers, and participating in Agile ceremonies;
• Validate product decisions through stakeholder feedback, demos, and feature performance, and use insights to adjust priorities and the roadmap;
• Use AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and routine tasks to speed up workflows and improve decision-making.

• 2+ Years of iGaming experience and understanding of casino/betting mechanics, including bonuses, payments, player accounts, affiliate tracking, and compliance;
• 4+ Years of Product Ownership / Business Analysis experience, including end-to-end backlog ownership and prioritisation based on business value, ROI, and user impact;
• Ability to challenge requests, identify underlying problems, make trade-offs, explain the reasoning behind product decisions, focus on outcomes, and drive initiatives independently;
• Ability to work with functional and non-functional requirements, use UML/BPMN, and break complex initiatives into clear, shippable increments;
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum; experience with Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN, and wireframing tools such as Miro or Balsamiq;
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups, explain product decisions clearly, and align stakeholders and development teams around shared product outcomes;
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
