• Solve critical business questions shaping Picnic’s business model;
• Enable operational excellence through a data-driven and analytical mindset;
• Create and optimize models for real-time improvements;
• Communicate with different teams to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions;
• Own business projects by challenging the status quo and rethinking existing approaches;
• Optimize logistics operations across fulfillment centers, last-mile delivery, and demand forecasting;
• Build scalable backend systems, AI workflows, and internal tooling;
• Drive customer growth and strategic category development;
• Optimize search algorithms for recipe discovery;
• Analyze customer retention and membership strategy.

• Be between Bachelor’s and Master’s studies or taking a study break in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Automation or Production Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, AI, or an equivalent field;
• Have a passion for data analytics and business consulting;
• Explain complex analytical concepts clearly to different stakeholders;
• Be proficient with SQL and Python or excited to learn;
• Be fluent in written and verbal English;
• Have EU citizenship;
• Be available for at least 16 hours per week for at least 4 months;
• Active study enrollment is not required.
