• Contribute to the development of financing software;
• Gather customer requirements and develop functional concepts;
• Analyze functional specifications with content editors and translate them into implementation-ready tickets for the development team;
• Communicate proactively with developers, sales colleagues, other colleagues, and customers; identify when coordination is needed and initiate it independently;
• Test the software against functional and quality requirements and approve it for go-live;
• Handle support requests about software products, analyze problems, and develop solutions with relevant teams.

• Ideally, a bachelor's degree in business informatics, vocational training as a bank clerk, or solid practical knowledge in comparable fields;
• Initial professional experience;
• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital solutions;
• German language proficiency at C1 level;
• Creativity, commitment, reliability, a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
