business analyst for electric mobility platforms

• Define technical solutions with support from technical teams;
• Draw functional diagrams to support decision-making and form the basis of technical solutions;
• Manage technical and business stakeholders;
• Align deliveries with program objectives;
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks across teams involved in the same development;
• Monitor development and deployments for quality and coordinate integrated tests;
• Coordinate UATs with the business before production release;
• Prepare information for analysis teams;
• Request effort and cost estimates from technical teams;
• Define technical requirements;
• Proactively ensure the operational excellence of electric mobility platforms;
• Assist in identifying and tracking incidents on platforms already in operation.

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Informatics, or a similar field;
• At least 2 years of experience specifying, implementing, and monitoring digital solutions;
• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management;
• Experience resolving and managing incidents;
• Knowledge of Galp's Digital Ecosystem, including Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, and Portals;
• Knowledge of IT helpdesk operations;
• Ability to analyze systems documentation and architecture;
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
