Business analyst for Dynamics 365

• Conduct meetings with the business (gathering requirements, mapping processes, creating user stories and acceptance criteria).
• Match client needs to the standard capabilities of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Identify areas where artificial intelligence and AI agents can improve client processes (while following security and privacy principles).
• Ensure that every business requirement is reflected in the system being created, tests, and tasks in Azure DevOps.
• Define security, data quality, and integration principles in collaboration with architects and the technical team.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), implementing changes, and ensuring that the client gets as much value as possible from the system.

• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or functional consultant on Dynamics 365 / Power Platform projects.
• Practical ability to configure Dataverse (tables, forms, views), model-driven apps, and automations in Power Automate.
• Understanding of integrations (API), environment management, and the application lifecycle (ALM).
• Ability to clearly document requirements, draw process diagrams, and define test cases.
