• Partner with Product Owner(s) to define business needs, prioritize opportunities, and create user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business initiatives, technology enhancements, and process improvements;
• Conduct business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, risks, and recommended solutions;
• Evaluate current and future-state business processes, workflows, and system capabilities to improve operational efficiency;
• Translate business and technology strategies into requirements, deliverables, and measurable outcomes;
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making, prioritization, and solution validation;
• Identify opportunities to improve user experiences, streamline processes, and leverage automation and AI-enabled capabilities;
• Partner with technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering through testing and implementation;
• Support conference operations by resolving business and technology challenges remotely and onsite at Gartner conferences worldwide;
• Build stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, adoption, and successful delivery of solutions.

• 1–3 Years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, project management, or a related field;
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business problems and make data-driven recommendations;
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate insights effectively;
• Customer-first mindset and ability to understand user needs and advocate for valuable solutions;
• Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skills;
• Ability to elicit stakeholder feedback, document requirements, and communicate across business and technical audiences;
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities;
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to build trust and work effectively across cross-functional teams;
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail;
• Ability to understand business systems, integrations, data flows, and technology concepts sufficiently to partner with development teams;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Nice to have: experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments, familiarity with Jira or similar platforms.
