Its ClinSpark platform is a CDISC ODM certified eSource and clinical trial automation system that improves the speed, quality, and transparency of clinical research.

• Lead efforts to gather, analyze, define, document, and validate software requirements;
• Define requirements for core web application functions, system and device integrations, data visualization, and reporting capabilities;
• Work with key stakeholders to understand challenges and determine needs versus wants;
• Learn, understand, and document product functionality and capabilities;
• Drive effective planning, reporting, and analysis for internal functions;
• Create and contribute to technical product documentation supporting SDLC, including software design documents, functional specifications, and change requests;
• Create diagrams and other visual assets to depict capabilities and workflows when needed;
• Perform systems analysis across most phases at the highest technical level while considering current and future business environments.

• Minimum five years of related systems or business analysis experience;
• Knowledge of software development processes and best practices;
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment;
• Strong technical skills and experience working within software development teams;
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies;
• Experience with BDD methodologies and requirement definition;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills;
• Ability to understand client requirements, underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes;
• Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience, experience with Atlassian systems including Jira and Confluence, knowledge of business-wide applications or IQVIA client-facing applications and products, knowledge of Phase I-IV clinical trial operations and workflows, expertise in clinical trial management software, knowledge of applicable clinical research and regulatory requirements including Good Clinical Practice, HIPAA, GDPR, EMA, GAMP5, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

• Base pay range: 160 200,00 zł - 297 300,00 zł annualized;
• The actual base pay may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule;
• Incentive plans, bonuses, health and welfare benefits, and other compensation may be offered;
• The role can be performed fully remotely, with office work available by preference;
• Locations: Poland, Spain, Greece, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Portugal, Czech Republic.
