• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements
• Create user stories, functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze current- and future-state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define technology solutions
• Analyze system functionality, workflows, integrations, and dependencies
• Support analysis of existing and legacy systems and modernization initiatives
• Support production releases, issue investigations, and root cause analysis
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve production and business-impacting issues
• Bridge business and technical teams
• Communicate requirements, risks, dependencies, and project status
• Build relationships with stakeholders across business functions
• Maintain requirements, process documentation, functional specifications, and other project artifacts

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience with system implementations, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and work effectively with business and technology teams
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, or similar business analysis tools
