Business analyst for BPM solutions

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Management, or similar;
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business/Functional Analyst;
• Professional experience maintaining and evolving BPM solutions;
• Professional experience with Camunda or an equivalent SaaS platform;
• Professional experience in log analysis, incident resolution, and configuration management;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Fluent in Portuguese;
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Lisbon.
