Britenet is a European IT company with strong Polish roots that provides development, consulting, and support for IT systems. The project supports Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, in managing the EU's external borders and combating cross-border crime.

• Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data;
• Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories;
• Support business experts and product owners during requirements definition and software development;
• Maintain and track requirements and user stories throughout the systems lifecycle;
• Translate business, user, and technical needs into business requirements specifications;
• Map business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features;
• Analyze available systems;
• Support the identification of potential solution options;
• Support the preparation of business cases and feasibility studies;
• Contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management;
• Design, validate, and test business processes to achieve business process excellence;
• Plan and manage continuous business process improvement programs using a holistic approach;
• Coach Frontex staff on upcoming changes and ensure plans are in place to teach new skills and process changes;
• Collaborate with end-to-end process owners to identify ongoing process improvements;
• Identify business process improvement opportunities that can improve customer service, reduce costs, or increase revenue;
• Communicate project objectives, business cases, requirements, and scope to stakeholders;
• Perform quantitative business process analysis, including cost-benefit and what-if analysis;
• Plan organizational change processes;
• Implement business process performance monitoring systems;
• Support business users in developing strategic and tactical plans;
• Support the definition of transition roadmaps for business architectures.

• At least 5 years of relevant IT professional experience;
• At least 3 years of relevant project experience or experience in a similar role;
• Bachelor's degree or higher vocational education;
• At least one of the following certifications: Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA) or equivalent; Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level; BPM 2 fundamental level certificate or equivalent;
• Experience completing at least one full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Knowledge of business process modelling using BPMN;
• Experience eliciting and analyzing requirements and defining user stories;
• Knowledge of UML analysis and modelling notations, including capability diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams, and logical data models;
• Proficiency with Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or equivalent modelling tools;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Experience as a Business Analyst in at least one large-scale ERP deployment project lasting more than one year with a budget exceeding €1 million;
• Experience analyzing business processes in logistics, warehouse management, asset management, fleet management, financial management, legal, HR, or project management;
• Experience in business analysis involving Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse;
• Experience in business analysis involving ServiceNow, including custom applications and standard modules in on-premises and cloud environments, particularly Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Customer Service Management (CSM).

• The role requires working 5 days per month from the Warsaw office.
