• Elicit, analyze, and document business and product requirements for banking solutions with business stakeholders
• Refactor and streamline business processes for critical banking operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with customer-centric strategies
• Define and map end-to-end workflows across core banking products, services, and operational processes
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement for key banking services
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of banking platforms, ensuring seamless integration with banking systems and compliance with industry regulations
• Conduct gap analyses to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions tailored to banking workflows
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes, functional requirements, and system workflows
• Collaborate with IT teams on secure and accurate data migration and system integration for banking product modules
• Train and support end-users to maximize adoption and streamline processes for core banking services
• Monitor product performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve service delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a technical field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the FinTech sector
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, product development, and communication skills
• Familiarity with banking products, processes, and compliance requirements
• Ability to model business processes accurately and efficiently
• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Miro
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good working knowledge of English and Russian
