• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Collaborate with business and IT teams, architects, and testers
• Model business processes and analyze the impact of changes on banking processes and systems
• Coordinate collaboration among multiple stakeholders within the project
• Work in an Agile environment using JIRA and Confluence

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst in financial or banking projects
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Experience collaborating with business and IT teams, architects, and testers
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to model business processes and analyze the impact of changes on banking processes and systems
• Independence, communication skills, and ability to coordinate the work of multiple stakeholders
