• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex investigation features, from business discovery with stakeholders to technical rollout
• Design intuitive, uninterrupted client and user journeys across the platform, optimised for investigation efficiency
• Identify user pain points, workflow inefficiencies, and hidden risks, and propose data-driven solutions that improve user experience and business outcomes
• Translate business intent into end-to-end flows and developer-ready specifications, including OpenAPI (Swagger) specs, JSON Schemas, and UML Sequence Diagrams
• Define service responsibilities, map data flows, and design RESTful integrations and Kafka message structures
• Work with developers to design PostgreSQL database schemas for microservices
• Define requirements for ClickHouse tables and cloud storage logic to support investigations of client, payment, and trading data
• Present technical designs and feature results to Company Owners and C-level stakeholders, explaining complex system logic clearly and persuasively

• 5+ Years of Technical BSA experience in a high-intensity environment
• Proven ability to design synchronous and asynchronous integrations and describe them using OpenAPI and Sequence Diagrams
• Strong hands-on PostgreSQL experience and understanding of relational data structures and OLTP vs. OLAP
• Clear, confident executive-level communication and the ability to explain technical trade-offs and present professionally
• Advanced English (C1 preferred) is mandatory; comfortable leading high-stakes meetings in English
• Self-starter who identifies system gaps and proposes solutions without waiting for instructions
