• Analyze and validate business requirements and change requests;
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams on system enhancements;
• Support software releases throughout the product lifecycle;
• Model business processes and contribute to enterprise system improvements;
• Work on integrations involving HR, financial, operational, and data management platforms.

• Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience;
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience;
• At least 3 years as a Business Analyst on large-scale systems with development teams of 10+ developers;
• University degree;
• English at C1 level;
• Minimum two recognized certifications, such as CBAP, Certified UML Professional, BPMN/BPM2 Certification, or equivalent internationally recognized certifications;
• Nice to have: BPMN and UML modeling expertise, experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS, or similar tools, SQL and data analysis knowledge, experience in HR, asset management, finance, grants, or enterprise integrations, full software development lifecycle experience.

• Long-term freelance engagement;
• Initial 12-month contract covering 220 man-days;
• Potential extensions up to 42 months total, covering 770 man-days;
