Business analyst de Salesforce Marketing Cloud

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to join an international environment in Barcelona. The selected person will participate in the operational management, optimization, and evolution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), collaborating with different business and technology teams to ensure the proper execution of marketing campaigns and customer journeys. We are looking for a profile with experience in CRM and Marketing Automation, analytical skills, and a focus on resolving incidents, who can act as a link between business needs and technical solutions.

• Participate in the operational management, optimization, and evolution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Collaborate with different business and technology teams to ensure the proper execution of marketing campaigns and customer journeys.

• Higher education degree, master's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM consultant, or Marketing Technology consultant, with demonstrable experience in operational management and execution.
• Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), especially: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Data Extensions.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud in international organizations and complex environments.
• Experience executing campaigns, managing Customer Journeys, providing operational support, resolving incidents, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of data quality, audience management, segmentation, consent, and campaign monitoring.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and problem resolution.
• Fluent English.
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of the Salesforce CRM ecosystem and integrations with other CRM platforms; Knowledge of integrations via API and SFTP; Knowledge of the Marketing Cloud data model; Experience managing consent and complying with the GDPR; Knowledge of email deliverability best practices; Knowledge of multichannel campaign activation, including Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and RCS; Experience in the insurance, assistance, travel, or financial services sectors will be valued
