Its services include 24/7 monitoring, expert verification and response, customer care, maintenance, and technical support, protecting customers from intrusion, fire, theft, emergencies, and other hazards.

• Produce and maintain visual KPI-driven reports and dashboards for team members and management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
• Identify and follow up on reporting or system-related incidents based on priorities;
• Provide insightful analyses to support business decisions;
• Investigate ambiguous business questions, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership;
• Analyze data to proactively identify pain points and growth opportunities within the customer journey and advise on improving business performance;
• Continuously improve data quality by automating processes and integrating data sources;
• Collaborate with IT departments to implement and continuously improve marketing applications based on business needs.

• Master’s degree in economics, business, marketing, or a related field;
• 3+ Years of experience in Marketing/commercial Analytics or a similar role;
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel;
• Ability to query relational databases using SQL/Python;
• Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity and structuring approaches to undefined questions;
• Business acumen to understand business objectives, select the right analytical approach, and understand how company functions work together;
• Curiosity to investigate not only what happened, but also why and what comes next;
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear stories for technical and non-technical audiences;
• Good level of English (B2/C1) in speaking and writing;
• Nice to have: practical experience applying AI in analytics, including GenAI tools for reporting or analysis and prompt engineering.
