Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements in French and English;
• Develop and maintain relationships with business units and project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives;
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities;
• Create business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories;
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and reach consensus on project deliverables;
• Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and banking-sector trends;
• Support the project management team in tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely solution delivery;
• Participate in user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business requirements;
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field;
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process reengineering;
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and UML;
• Strong analytical, independent, and problem-solving skills with critical and strategic thinking;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Proactive communication with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements;
• Mandatory excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly;
• Nice to have: master’s degree, knowledge of banking products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
