задачи
- Analyze and gather business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and define effective solutions;
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and detailed documentation for technical teams;
- Identify process improvement opportunities, recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business performance;
- Facilitate workshops and support solution implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful project delivery.
требования
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, delivering complex business transformation initiatives;
- Hands-on experience with SAP FS-CD (Collections & Disbursements) and SAP Finance modules;
- Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and process improvement;
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories;
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- Advanced level of English;
- Nice to have: Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
