Business Analyst

• Drive detailed discovery, scoping, and analysis of compliance, audit, and risk processes across global teams;
• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams;
• Develop comprehensive business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments to quantify business value;
• Collaborate with the Business Product Owner to define compliance product strategies, roadmap priorities, and long-term tech goals;
• Lead vendor selection processes by defining business criteria and conducting fit-for-purpose assessments;
• Facilitate global requirements workshops across Compliance, GA&RA, Pharma, and Diagnostics teams;
• Own the technical solution definition and requirements management from ideation through to testing and support;
• Ensure all compliance platforms align with legal, regulatory, data privacy, and security standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Owner;
• Track record in compliance, audit, risk, or governance environments, ideally within global corporate, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics industries;
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, workflow mapping, requirement elicitation, and data-driven business cases;
• Deep understanding of IT systems, database architectures, and product lifecycle management;
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to harmonize competing priorities;
• Strong communication skills for translating technical terms for executive audiences;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with automated or AI-driven compliance innovations.
