Business Analyst

• Capture, analyze, and evaluate business and regulatory requirements related to compliance systems;
• Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for agile software development;
• Participate in refinement sessions to ensure requirement clarity;
• Create and execute test cases and perform system testing to validate modifications;
• Provide second-level support to compliance-related applications and assist specialist departments;
• Coordinate and execute the rollout of new system features;
• Prepare user documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users;
• Contribute to innovation projects to support the continuous development of compliance tools and processes.

• University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field;
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within a banking compliance environment;
• Strong methodological skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation;
• Practical knowledge in test case creation and execution;
• Solid understanding of software development processes;
• Ability to work independently and responsibly;
• Analytical thinking, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication skills in German and English;
• Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe, certifications in agile frameworks, certifications in test management.
