Business analyst

Which? is the UK's consumer champion, here to make life simpler, fairer and safer for everyone. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team for a 6 month FTC. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects and process improvement initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Analyse, design, and document processes to drive improvements.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements, ensuring traceability from source to delivery.
• Lead workshops and meetings to support problem-solving and business analysis activities.
• Support the business and/or project manager with delivery of change. Ensuring solutions delivered meet the business requirements.
• Facilitating conversations across departments to ensure business and technical teams develop a common understanding of project objectives and outcomes.
• Conduct analysis, and support teams to align solutions with business needs.

• Previous Experience & Understanding of Business Analysis Practices: Process Analysis and modelling, writing and managing business requirements as user stories, solid stakeholder engagement experience.

• This role is being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract*
• Annual Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
