Business analyst

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance with the defined requirements.
• Prepare test documentation, including: Test scenarios; Test cases and Test scripts
• Perform functional tests and monitor UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes.
• Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports.
• Analyze business data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Information Systems or similar.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
• Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting functional requirements.
• At least 2 years of experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of BPMN and process design.
• Experience with test management tools and performing functional tests.
• Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proactive, organized and solution-oriented profile.
• Knowledge of English (minimum B2).
• Residence in Portugal — applications from outside Portugal will not be considered for this opportunity.
