• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• ITIL Foundation, CBAP or equivalent certification;
• Experience gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements;
• Knowledge of process modeling with BPMN and UML;
• Experience mapping and optimizing processes using BPM and Lean;
• Knowledge of systems integration and REST/SOAP APIs;
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms, particularly Salesforce;
• Knowledge of GDPR and Open Data.
