Business analyst

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Business Analyst (M/F) for our client in the pharmaceutical industry. Join an international project focused on Digital Analytics. You will collaborate with global business teams, developers and marketing agencies, developing analytics architecture and implementing modern tracking solutions that comply with privacy requirements across different markets.

• Designing, developing and optimizing analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform (Adobe Launch).
• Independently managing end-to-end web analytics implementations: from requirements analysis, through planning and implementation, to testing and solution validation.
• Defining Data Layer requirements and preparing tracking specifications.
• Verifying the accuracy of implementations by conducting QA tests and collaborating with development teams.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, clients, technical teams and external suppliers to translate business requirements into measurement strategies and technical solutions.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation, user stories and business requirements in Jira and GitLab.
• Preparing process and technical documentation, including processes, use cases, KB articles and user guides using Confluence, UML, BPMN, Miro and Lucidchart.
• Handling and resolving requests and incidents in ServiceNow.
• Monitoring project progress and working according to Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.

• You have at least 4 years of experience in Digital Analytics.
• You have practical experience with Adobe Analytics.
• You have practical experience with Adobe Target.
• You can define a Data Layer and create tracking specifications.
• You have a good knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
• You have experience conducting QA tests and validating tracking implementations.
• You can gather business requirements and translate them into measurement strategies and technical solutions.
• You have experience working in a corporate or global environment.
• You communicate fluently in English (at least C1), both spoken and written.
• You have very good communication skills.

• Salary: from PLN 900 to 1,100 net per day, depending on experience and skills.
