Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe. As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland, as well as Schwarz Production and PreZero. At the same time, we operate as an independent provider in the external market to support companies across Europe in their digital transformation.

• Act as consultant for process expert departments on topics related to key figures
• Creating and managing reports and dashboards in Celonis and ServiceNow
• Management and quality assurance of the existing reporting system
• Optimize the management of our operational units through understandable and clear solutions

• Desired University degree in Information Technology or similar
• You have experience in the field of reporting and process mining with Celonis, performance analysis and statistics (MUST HAVE)
• You have working experience in using or administering ServiceNow
• You are familiar with ITIL Foundation
• You understand service and support processes
• You are strong at analytical thinking and recognition of connections and dependencies between processes
• You are able to evaluate, review and test your own work
• You can prepare and conduct workshops confidently
• You can explain complex issues in a simplified way
• It motivates you when you familiarize yourself with new topics
• You are results oriented, and demonstrate a ‘can-do' attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
• Your English is fluent
