As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, it develops and manages IT infrastructures for Lidl, Kaufland, Schwarz Production, and PreZero. It also operates as an independent provider supporting companies across Europe in their digital transformation, with services in Cloud, Cyber Security, Data & AI, Communication, and Workspace.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for web applications, mobile apps, and microservices aligned with business requirements
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, international Squad to support continuous delivery and high quality
• Own the squad’s testing strategy, managing test preparation, execution, and reporting from feature conception to production deployment
• Perform end-to-end API testing of RESTful services for functional accuracy, performance, and data integrity
• Implement and execute BDD
• Build and maintain web and app automation scripts using Playwright and Selenium
• Promote QA best practices and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with developers to resolve them efficiently

• At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance / Test Automation Engineer
• Ability to work effectively in small, diverse, agile international teams
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, constructive communication, and empathy when giving feedback or documenting defects
• Hands-on experience in REST API testing using Postman, Bruno, or code-based libraries such as Requests, RestAssured, or Robot Framework
• Expertise in BDD using Behave or similar Gherkin-based frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow
• Practical experience in web UI automation using Playwright and/or Selenium
• Skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# for test automation frameworks
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment flows
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and interest in developing QA skills, exploring testing tools, and staying current with quality practices
• Understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, bug life cycle management, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Hands-on ownership of quality and test execution from planning to release
