The company delivers IT services and consulting projects, including international projects for the financial sector. The project covers domestic and international payments, internal transfers, and payment process requirements.

• Analyze end-to-end payment processes and flows;
• Define business requirements for payment initiation, authorization, status tracking, payment returns, and complaints;
• Document business processes, requirements, and payment workflows;
• Analyze and document scenarios based on API, Host-to-Host (H2H), and file-based integrations;
• Support ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX communication standards;
• Prepare business rules, exception-handling scenarios, processes, and requirements ready for implementation and testing;
• Collaborate with delivery teams on implementing payment solutions.

• Have several years of experience as a Business Analyst in payments or transaction banking;
• Have very good knowledge of domestic and international payment processes;
• Have practical experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX standards;
• Know regulatory requirements and reporting in payments;
• Be able to collect, analyze, and document business requirements;
• Have experience with API, H2H, and file-based integrations;
• Have very strong communication and analytical skills;
• Have English enabling fluent work in an international environment;
• Nice to have: knowledge of payment recalls, returns, and exception management.
