• Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business and technical requirements for new features and system enhancements;
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria;
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and technical teams to support effective delivery;
• Analyse technical constraints, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, API documentation, and data models;
• Assess solution feasibility and contribute to implementation approaches;
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies;
• Identify delivery risks, blockers, and gaps, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders;
• Support continuous improvement, process optimisation, and product enhancements;
• Work across BAU activities, proof of concepts, and change initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in software or product development;
• Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks;
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery processes;
• Experience working with developers, testers, architects, and technical stakeholders;
• Understanding of databases, data modelling, APIs, integrations, and software testing practices;
• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog management platforms;
• Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and Office documentation tools;
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Technical curiosity and ability to understand complex systems;
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity;
• Delivery-focused mindset;
• Strong documentation and requirements management skills;
• Nice to have: experience with process transformation or business process improvement, UX improvement initiatives or design thinking, product delivery environments, API specifications, system architecture concepts or integration patterns, and Proof of Concept initiatives.
