Servdebt is a reference asset management company in the Non-Performing Loans market in Portugal, recognized for its independence, innovation, and experience in acquiring and managing distressed and real estate assets. Established in 2007, the company manages approximately 6.7 billion euros in assets and employs around 400 people across Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators of business plans, evaluating trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities against established objectives and projections;
• Develop performance reports and management analyses, transforming data into relevant information to support strategic decision-making;
• Support the development of financial models for evaluating investment opportunities, projecting results, and supporting management decisions;
• Monitor data quality and information integrity to ensure the reliability of produced analyses;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different areas of the organization to ensure alignment between business needs, performance indicators, and management information;
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for various stakeholders, including management teams and investors.

• Higher education degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent fields;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles with a strong analytical, financial, or decision-support component;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically in model building, data analysis, and reporting;
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in data exploration, processing, and analysis;
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and results-oriented mindset;
• Ability to build structured analyses and actionable recommendations;
• English B2 (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
