• Act as a key business contact for the Data Quality team by translating business requirements into data needs;
• Identify, analyze, and document data inconsistencies across systems and processes;
• Track remediation actions and communicate data quality topics to stakeholders;
• Provide business and financial context to IT teams regarding process logic, KPIs, and data dependencies;
• Support IT-driven initiatives by gathering requirements, assessing business impacts, and documenting expected benefits;
• Contribute to business cases for system enhancements or new tools;
• Evaluate post-implementation outcomes and document lessons learned;
• Deliver structured financial and operational analysis to support Finance Business Partnering objectives;
• Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and presentations;
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and scenario support;
• Collaborate with Finance colleagues and other business functions to support cross-functional priorities.

• 4–6 Years of experience in a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or data-oriented role;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently on complex topics;
• Ability to translate data into concise insights and recommendations for business stakeholders;
• Confident communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences;
• Very good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, experience working at the interface of Finance and IT, exposure to data governance, data quality, or reporting frameworks, familiarity with data-centric environments, curiosity for systems, processes, and continuous improvement.
