- Participate in finance transformation and system implementation projects;
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements;
- Design functional and technical solutions for financial interfaces between operational and finance systems;
- Produce detailed functional and technical specifications for development and implementation teams;
- Coordinate with business, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery;
- Contribute to testing strategies, execution, and validation of accounting and reporting solutions;
- Support project governance by preparing status reports and participating in project committees;
- Provide functional and technical support for financial interfaces in production;
- Manage enhancement requests and corrective actions according to project priorities;
- Perform functional, technical, and reporting testing activities;
- Monitor solution quality and ensure compliance with project standards;
- Support end users during post-implementation activities;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and system reliability.
требования
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Finance, Banking, or Financial Information Systems;
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Systems Analysis;
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies;
- Understanding of Financial Information Systems, Banking, and General Accounting;
- Experience with Financial Interfaces and Data Flows;
- Ability to create Functional & Technical Specifications;
- Experience with Testing Strategy, Test Execution & Validation;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel;
- English C1;
- Portuguese C1;
- Nice to have: Results-driven mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, adaptability, effective communication, stakeholder management, collaborative mindset, organizational skills.
