• Engage with Cyber, SOC, and Technology stakeholders to understand operational problems and identify AI-driven solutions;
• Translate business and operational needs into detailed, clear, and testable requirements;
• Define success measures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities;
• Work closely with development and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and compliance standards;
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of AI solutions to ensure usability and control;
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment;
• Document processes, requirements, and outcomes to support governance and audit needs.

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, preferably in cybersecurity or AI-related projects;
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, SOC functions, and technology environments;
• Ability to translate complex operational issues into clear, actionable requirements;
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in cybersecurity;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience with requirements management and documentation tools;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across diverse teams;
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes;
• Nice to have: Experience in financial services or regulated industries, knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks relevant to cybersecurity and AI, understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.

• Contract duration: 6 months;
