• Support clients in the modernization or implementation of core insurance systems, including innovative AI solutions;
• Develop solution concepts that balance business processes and technical implementation;
• Focus on policy management, claims processing, partner administration, or output management;
• Share expertise with the internal and global expert community.

• Degree in Business Informatics, a comparable field with an insurance focus, or a relevant completed vocational training;
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT consulting or software development projects within the insurance industry;
• Strong knowledge of business processes and insurance core systems;
• Proficiency in methodology, design, and configuration;
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation;
• Willingness to travel for projects;
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience with AI-based approaches.
