• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders and translate them into clear, testable artifacts;
• Manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle, including changes and documentation of decisions;
• Create and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base for product behavior and business rules;
• Serve as the primary bridge between Product and Engineering, driving alignment on scope, risks, and dependencies;
• Support delivery quality by reviewing scenarios and acceptance criteria and collaborating with QA;
• Use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of analysis work while maintaining accountability for correctness.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development with cross-functional teams;
• Understanding of data-driven products, data pipelines, and data quality;
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and define clear business rules;
• Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and risks in complex product logic;
• Excellent structured writing skills for creating concise and maintainable documentation;
• Practical experience using modern AI/LLM tools for analysis;
• Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate discussions in a fast-paced environment;
• English level B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: Exposure to ML concepts, experience with distributed data processing or large-scale ML systems.
