Help shape the future of clinical technology by turning complex business needs into scalable, compliant, and value-driven solutions. In this role, you will lead end-to-end business analysis across Veeva Clinical Vault products, partnering closely with global business leaders, Digital, Data and IT teams, and vendors to improve clinical operations, strengthen delivery quality, and enable better user adoption.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role:

52,400.00 - 97,400.00 EUR Annual

The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
