• Gather, clean, and sort data from website analysis, internal platforms, Salesforce, digital advertising channels, Data Studio, and surveys;
• Review marketing campaign results, including reach, engagement, leads, onboarding, and revenue increase, to improve campaign performance;
• Analyze data to identify patterns and present findings with proposed actions to stakeholders;
• Map the customer journey with data;
• Develop tactics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials;
• Use marketing and sales data to identify patterns and behavior;
• Identify data connections and optimize the current BI landscape;
• Convert complex data findings into understandable text, tables, graphs, and data visualizations;
• Review Digital Sales data and prepare weekly reports and insights for stakeholders.

• Proven proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Power BI;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Experience with data mining, visualization, and survey or query software;
• Experience with intelligent marketing analytics platforms and Salesforce;
• 1–3 Years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in international agencies or corporate environments;
• Direct experience managing annual budgets;
• Proven track record of developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies;
• Deep understanding of the digital sales funnel;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Digital Strategy, or equivalent education and professional experience;
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher;
• Ability to work independently with a flexible, goal-oriented, and solution-driven approach;
• High standard of quality in every project;
• Nice to have: SQL, Python, R, German language proficiency.
