Wargaming develops and publishes video games, focusing on the World of Warships franchise across PC, console, and mobile platforms. The product analytics team supports gameplay development, game economy, and financial monitoring to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with gameplay development teams to transform business requirements into BI and research reports;
• Identify development team needs and growth opportunities to enhance decision-making processes;
• Define formats and provide decision support outputs such as dashboards and ad hoc reports;
• Determine key measurement metrics for new functionality and define tracking strategies;
• Consult users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues;
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.

• 3+ Years of experience in a similar position;
• Advanced SQL knowledge, including complex queries;
• Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools, specifically Tableau;
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge;
• Experience with Python libraries for data processing and analysis;
• Experience with DWH design and operations;
• Passionate player with a broad gaming background;
• English B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: 2+ years of experience in game development, understanding of game production processes, experience with Wargaming titles, understanding of multiplatform game analysis (PC, mobile, console).
