• Work with key stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements;
• Design and build MI reports for the program;
• Create front-end data visualization reports in Power BI;
• Ensure end-to-end documentation covering requirements, definitions, and processes is in place;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting outputs with project goals;
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for report development;
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the reporting lifecycle.

• 4+ Years of experience as a Data Analyst;
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and MS Power BI;
• Competency in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical specifications;
• Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining MI reports and end-to-end documentation;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-assisted development.
