• Collaborate with stakeholders across GBS to gather and document business requirements related to employee experience initiatives;
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through data insights and enabling technologies;
• Support the development of dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor and improve employee experience metrics;
• Contribute to evaluation of technology solutions and preparation of business cases, including AI-driven use cases and PoCs;
• Work in agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies and ensuring scalable, business-aligned solution delivery.

• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role within a multinational or matrixed organisation;
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik);
• Working knowledge of Qualtrics;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Microsoft Lists) and data-driven solution development;
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement;
• Understanding of agile ways of working and exposure to digital, automation, or AI-driven initiatives;
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or equivalent.
