• Uncover retention and growth drivers using exploratory analytical techniques;
• Analyze player behavior across cohorts, segments, and user lifecycle stages;
• Communicate findings and collect feedback from peers, business, and product partners;
• Plan, design, ship, and evaluate experiments and A/B tests in collaboration with business, product, and engineering teams;
• Extract trends and insights directly in BigQuery to guide business and product decisions;
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to build scalable and reproducible analyses;
• Develop tools and best practices to ensure high data quality and prevent errors in production datasets.

• 6+ Years of experience in data analytics;
• Experience collaborating on the planning, design, execution, and evaluation of large-scale product experiments;
• Proficiency in BigQuery, Python, Jupyter, and Airflow;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within a fully distributed team;
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms;
• Experience in coaching and mentoring others in both craft and effective communication;
• Nice to have: Passion for driving product innovation, AI-forward mindset, high agency, adaptability to unfamiliar technical or business challenges.
