• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Influencer teams to align data insights with acquisition and retention goals;
• Analyze complex datasets from ad platforms, web analytics, and internal order systems to refine targeting and budget allocation;
• Leverage dbt and BigQuery to ensure marketing data models are robust and reliable;
• Build intuitive dashboards with Tableau to provide actionable insights;
• Design and analyze A/B tests and geo-lift studies to measure incremental revenue;
• Utilize, co-develop, and validate in-house Media Mix Models to assess marketing spend impact.

• 3-5 Years of experience in data analytics with a focus on commercial or marketing topics;
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets in cloud environments;
• Ability to design intuitive dashboards and reports for stakeholders;
• Solid understanding of D2C marketing mix and KPIs such as CAC, CLV, MER, and retention rates;
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into business insights.
