Sales manager in influencer marketing

We are an influencer marketing agency that connects creators’ needs with brands’ goals, creating effective campaigns. We make the work of our clients and creators easier. We deliver effective activities with influencers from all thematic segments on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch. We build partnerships with creators, supporting their growth and running campaigns with them for brands from various industries.

• Acquiring new clients through prospecting activities
• Building your own client base and achieving sales targets
• Developing and building partner relationships with clients
• Skillfully identifying clients’ real needs
• Preparing simple sales offers
• Coordinating processes involved in campaign implementation
• Negotiations, contracts, and closing sales

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
• A strong drive to take action, independence, and confidence in conducting sales conversations and building relationships with clients
• A focus on achieving sales targets and developing long-term cooperation with clients
• Actively following trends in the marketing industry, especially influencer marketing
• At least two years of sales experience in the marketing industry, preferably in influencer marketing, or alternatively experience working at a marketing agency or media house
