Sales manager in healthcare

We are recruiting on behalf of a private healthcare clinic in Serbia, serving international clients. We're hiring: Sales & Client Relations Manager (Remote) We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and results-driven sales professional who knows how to build trust, understand client needs, and achieve strong sales results. This role focuses on re-engaging previously interested clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients, rather than generating new leads.

• Reconnect with prospective clients who previously expressed interest in the clinic's services
• Follow up with previous clients, understand their current needs, and discuss available services
• Identify client concerns, understand reasons for hesitation, and provide clear, helpful information
• Build long-term relationships through personalized communication and consistent follow-ups
• Conduct professional sales conversations and negotiations, supporting clients throughout the decision-making process
• Maintain accurate client records, manage follow-ups, and track activities in CRM systems
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth

• Proven sales experience, preferably involving complex products or services
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and sales conversion skills
• Experience in re-engaging previously interested clients and managing longer sales cycles
• Fluent Serbian and English — both mandatory
• Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
• High level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and client orientation
• Persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
