Sales manager in distribution

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to develop and expand our sales network in Ganja and the surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, developing relationships with wholesalers and retailers, and increasing sales volume across the region.

• Develop and implement sales activities across Ganja and surrounding areas.
• Identify and acquire new wholesale customers, retailers, and business partners.
• Expand the number of sales points and increase market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and develop long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of the Ganja market and surrounding regions.
• Ability to attract new customers and develop a sales network.
• Azerbaijani language proficiency; Russian is an advantage.
• Results-oriented mindset and willingness to work actively in the field.
