• Lead and coach the sales team on managing and improving cold-calling strategies, building relationships with potential clients, uncovering their business needs, and recommending suitable ADP products and services
• Drive business growth by reaching and exceeding sales goals
• Cross-sell ADP products and solutions to existing accounts
• Collaborate daily with internal and external customers and maintain good customer relations

• 1–3 Years of experience managing a sales team
• Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to reach and exceed monthly and yearly quotas
• Strong organization, time management, and activity management skills
• Excellent MS Office systems literacy
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Experience combining sales technology, AI-driven tools, and data insights to drive pipelines and revenue
